Education Practicum for Fifth Year Students<\/strong><\/p>

1)\u00a0QUALIFICATION
<\/strong>Applicants must obtain the qualification of teacher-education student, and finish the education and professional teaching curriculums.<\/p>

2) DURATION FOR Education\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Practicum<\/strong>
Applicants must apply for the school, and the education practicum lasts a half year (from August of each year to January of the following year; or from February of each year to July of the following year).<\/p>

3)\u00a0PLACES FOR<\/strong> Education<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Practicum<\/strong>
The education practicum are undertaken at junior or senior high schools which have signed a contract with NTNU in Taiwan.<\/p>

4)\u00a0PEOPLE<\/strong>
Each student teacher will be accompanied by an advisory teacher in the education practicum school and an advisory professor from NTNU.<\/p>

5)\u00a0RETURNING TO SCHOOL FOR DISCUSSION<\/strong>
Students have return to school for discussions once a month, and four times in total. Topics include student teacher career planning, the sharing of teacher experiences in the teacher selection process, simulation of teacher selection (junior high school group) and simulation of teacher selection (high school group).<\/p>

6)\u00a0ITINERANT TEACHER<\/strong>
The advisory professor will come to student\u2019s internship school and observe his or her teaching demonstration.<\/p>

7)\u00a0GRADING STANDARD<\/strong>
Teaching internship 40%, class teacher internship 30%, administration internship 20%, and training activities 10%.<\/p>

8)\u00a0FUTURE<\/strong>
Student teachers can take the Teacher Qualification Test after completing the education practicum. They then can take part in the teacher selection process for various schools after satisfactorily passing this test.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
